  2. Create all your projects
  3. Create a to-do list and notes for each of your projects. Done!

Install it everywhere

This app is only useful if you use this frequently!

Simple Area is a Progressive web app so you can install it on all your devices.

To make sure you use it frequently, install it on your computer and your phone.

For Desktop: Open Simple Area on your browser. Go to Browser settings, More tools, and Create Shortcut. Alternatively, just bookmark the website so you can access it easily.

For Phones For iOS and Android, find the option "add to home screen". Now a separate icon should be created on your homescreen and behave like an app.

How to use your To-Do List effectively

The to-do list is always organized in this format:

  1. Goals
  2. Overdue
  3. Today
  4. Upcoming
  5. No date
  6. Completed

What are goals vs priority, normal task items?

Goals are something you want to keep on top of mind and something you’re working towards. It will be on top of your to-do list.

Priority tasks are actionable task that you need to do that particular day. These will be highlighted to stand out from other tasks.

Normal task items are small actionable tasks that you need to do that particular day.
